During the most difficult time that we have endured thus far, the team at Napier Park Funeral Directors, particularly Maddison, handled everything from start to finish with the utmost compassion, care and understanding. There were many days when we simply didn’t have the capacity to think about what needed to be done, and thanks to Napier Park, we didn’t have to. They took care of everything, guiding us through each step and making an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the communication throughout was impeccable. The celebrant, Mark Robinson, also did a fantastic job of telling our Mum’s story. He captured her life beautifully and made the process so simple for us, showing the same care and understanding when we needed it most. The celebration of our amazing Mum’s life went smoothly, and all in all, it was a wonderful day — one that we know Mum would have been very impressed with. Everything was handled with such thought, care and respect, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating her life. We honestly cannot thank Napier Park enough for everything they did for our family. Their compassion and support meant more to us than words can express. We will be forever grateful to Maddison, Mark and the entire team.

Napier Park were very supportive, understanding and gentle during the time of our mothers sudden passing. After attending a friend's Napier funeral service in January 2026 we lost our oldest family member (95 years) in March. We turned to Napier Park without hesitation for support and assistance. The Funeral Director, Madison, at Napier Park organised the most beautiful funeral service for my sister. Madison was very professional, knowledgeable and showed ongoing empathy to me and my family. The Visual Tribute was amazing! I have never seen such a magnificent tribute like this before. The whole experience with Napier Park Funerals was excellent: the planning, the funeral service, the printing of beautiful service booklets and the burial at the cemetery. I would like to thank Madison, Tanya and the rest of the team at Napier Park Funerals for the compassion, attention to detail and professionalism that they provided in helping me to give my much loved partner, Phil Brock, the send-off that he so richly deserved.
