Dignity & Respect, when it matters most
Conducting funerals locally, across Victoria & interstate
Set on over 2 acres, only minutes from the centre of Bendigo, this beautifully appointed funeral home is one of Bendigo’s largest, and boasts a tastefully decorated chapel with up to date audio visual facilities.
Situated in Napier Street, this magnificent facility incorporates a large, after-funeral function room and offers parking for in excess of 100 cars. The garden, with its beautiful rose bushes, compliments this complex and creates a tranquil environment for those attending funeral services.
Napier Park is proud of the quality facilities it provides and we welcome you to inspect them at any time.
Napier Park prides itself on its caring and supportive staff. Providing empathy and understanding, our team will support and guide you in creating a fitting tribute to your loved one.
Steve has gained a vast breadth of valuable knowledge and understanding following 40 years experience in the local funeral industry. Steve is a well recognised member of the Bendigo and district community, having grown up in Inglewood. He is well known and respected for being compassionate and considerate when dealing with grieving families and managing funerals. Steve recognises that no two funerals are the same and it is the responsibility of Napier Park staff to ensure that you and your family are able to farewell your loved one in a manner that is right for you.
June has completed studies in grief counselling, bereavement, and mortuary technology. This formal training is only a small portion of the skills June brings to Napier Park. Her sensitive and caring demeanour has proven to be of great comfort to grieving families, and her attention to detail ensures every aspect of the funeral is planned and carried out according to you and your family’s wishes. June brings balance to Napier Park, offering a feminine approach, often preferred by some clients. June’s passion and sensitivity, and her grief and bereavement background are a great asset to the team at Napier Park and she believes that her role is more of a “calling” than a job.
“Dear Steve June and Carolyn, we would like to express our sincere and grateful thanks to Napier Park Funerals. Thank you for making Brian’s farewell as smooth, fitting and as memorable as possible – no request was ever too difficult. Your support, care and assistance through the most difficult time of our lives gave us a rock to rely upon and a shoulder to lean on. Thank you again”.

” Dear June, thank you for all your comfort and help, from the very first time we met you, yourself and Steve have been wonderful and we are very pleased we chose Napier Park… we have had so many lovely comments from our friends and as you know, that is how I chose your initially.”
“June, we would like to sincerely thank you for the time, patience, understanding and compassion that you gave and showed to us upon the passing of our Mum, Dianne, in October of last year. You were fabulous in our time of shock and sadness and we will always be thankful for the beautiful and fitting send-off you helped us to give her.”
Megan, Matthew, Lauren and families
“Dear Steve, June and Carol, we would like to thank you all for your caring support you gave us on the passing of our Janet. The funeral arrangements were outstanding and it couldn’t have been a better send off for Janet. June did a beautiful job making Janet look peaceful and stunning as we knew her. It was a pleasure to have you as part of this sad journey. We thank you once again”.
